The hotel has a buffet breakfast in the morning, which is quite delicious. There is a Hong Kong compatriot at the front desk who is very enthusiastic and gives one star to this handsome guy. It's not convenient to change subway trains in Acton Town when coming back from the city, but the room is spacious, clean and bright.

From the moment I entered the hotel lobby for check-in, the Indian front desk lady made me feel bad. First of all, she didn't ask me for any identification documents when I checked in. Second, she told us that the first floor was "thirst floor". I replied " "first floor", she dared to say "thirst floor" (sounds a lot like third) to me with a heavy tone and Indian accent and raised one finger, which made me feel disrespected. Totally unprofessional. Then on the check-out day the next day, we checked out of the hotel before 12 o'clock. However, the Indian lady at room service kept banging on the door from 11 o'clock. It turned out that we only needed to brush our teeth and change clothes and we could leave in 15 minutes. So we set the alarm to get up at 11:30 (because we went to a friend's party the night before and got back to the hotel very late to rest), which made us feel very uncomfortable. As soon as we left the room, the room service lady immediately opened the door to our room and entered. Throughout the whole process, I felt disrespected and did not experience the service level that this 4-star hotel should have. I was not provided with the most basic courtesy. I felt discriminated against. This is my first time staying in a hotel in the UK and I feel very disappointed and dissatisfied. Hope the hotel can give us an explanation! In addition, the room facilities are insufficient: the water pressure of the shower head is very low, and it takes a long time to flush out the bubbles after washing your hair. And the room is very dark, without much light source, not suitable for business/business trip. *We are only staying for one night, so it will be just one night.

The breakfast is very good and it is close to the subway entrance. Although there are many people staying on the roadside on weekends, the room is very quiet and does not affect people with light sleep at all.
